4 HEAT is extra module and application for smartphone, tablet and PC (iOS and Android) that lets you monitor and control FRIKO pellet stoves products even when you are away from home, if there is an internet connection.

How it works

4 Heat is an application that lets you dialogue in real time with your pellet appliance using an internet connection. With this app you will turn your mobile device with internet access into an innovative control and monitoring platform of your home pellet heating system. In fact, thanks to the Wi-Fi module, a convenient accessory to be connected to the product, your pellet stove becomes smart and available online through your home’s internet connection.

4 Heat app thanks to a simple and user-friendly design, lets you access and control a number of functions of your pellet stove, such as appliance switching on and off, adjusting power and heating temperature and setting the weekly programmable thermostat. With implementation of the wi-fi heat module user have on-line support from our help-desk – service operators staff. According to the structure management is easy to understand that our operators can monitor, manage and modify system data on the stove and give to the customer operational product all the time.

SUPERVISOR

This account can:
• Check the IDs associated with the Customer
• Create new users and associate roles with them
• Add Distributors / Dealers
• Associate IDs to Distributors / Resellers
• Create Supervisor users for their Distributors / Resellers
• Carry out the remote assistance service
• Add personal data to IDs
• Insert advertisements and news using the push notification service available in the end-user APP

HELPDESK/OPERATOR

Role assigned by a Supervisor, has the ability to monitor, modify, log the parameters of the system. This account can:
• Manage the Remote Assistance Service
• Check the IDs associated with the customer
• Add personal data to IDs
OPERATOR:
Role assigned by a Supervisor, can not perform the Remote Assistance Service.
This account can:
• Check the IDs associated with the customer
• Add personal data to IDs
This type of account can be managed between different customers.

USER

This role is automatically assigned to the first creation of the account in the 4HEAT APP.
Each account created at the first login of the APP is an EndUser profile.
This type of account can receive multiple devices (IDs) from multiple customers

ADMIN SERVER

In addition to carrying out all the functions of the Supervisor, the Server administrator can:
• View all customers
• Add new customers
• View all IDs and users associated with a Customer
• Create the role of the first Supervisor of a Customer
• Remove Customer, Users and ID from the server
